Country Heat Day 4

🎸Loving the freedom and sweat of this program, feels good to give my body something a      little different, while losing weight and actually being able to see the difference.

I found this workout generally easier than Country Swing, although several of the moves were more challenging. Anyway, it was a good cardio workout and fun. The thing about Country Heat is that you are moving the entire time, which helps maintain heart rate. My heart rate was in the lower zones again, which is not surprising, but a good burn for 29 minutes at average HR 127 bpm with max 145 bpm. 235 calories burned. Not bad! I do get a good sweat going with these workouts.

Country Heat Day 3

So far I am LOVING the Country Heat program! Today I did the workout titled “Giddy Up.” Country Swing was fun, but Giddy Up was even MORE fun! I think maybe it’s because I'm a dancer and Giddy Up was slightly more challenging technically! But you definitely don’t need to be a dancer to crush this program! They also have a move breakdown you can do before you do a workout for the first time! They definitely hook you up so you feel prepared!
My ass and thighs are SO sore! There are so many moves where you are squatting (and you don’t even realize!!)! Which is great for me because my ass and thighs are totally my problem area. Weight loss in general is hard but I’ve noticed that those particular areas don’t budge!
And I KNOW that I shouldn’t have checked but I totally did…I’ve already lost an inch in my waist AND in my thighs. In 3 days!!! I literally did a happy dance! I could tell that my waist felt smaller. I’ve become very perceptive of my body because I can’t rely on the scale. I’d get so obsessed with that stupid number, it became unhealthy!
Well I had two partners for today workout Kal Kal and T. There were all over me!  Note to self... must get up before the boys or workout very late at night.

Today was day 2 of my country dance program. I had an AH HA MOMENT!!! It's on my ROKU!!!  
I was more into it today and had so much fun! That "ride the pony" move is my favorite! Plus I liked the slap that booty move..lol!

Country Heat Day1 / Country Heat Questions

Day 1 this morning. Let me tell you, that was a workout! It doesn’t seem like it but I finished up and was sweating a bunch! It was fun, it had great music, and it goes by super fast! I love all those things in a workout!

IN PAIN , But I Still got my workout in....

So today I tried Yoga Booty Ballet! I another reason I love this company. I get bored easy or if I just not in the mood I can do another workout. I LOVE BEACHBODY ON DEMAND!! So my hernia's ..Yes I have 4, are really bothering me today. But I will not miss a workout so this was my low impact solution. Its a classic so the filming is hilariously old school but I loved it. All I needed was my yoga mat for Pure And Simple Yoga!

To lose the weight and live my life to the fullest!! I have not only lost over 25lbs in a month, my energy has increased and I've started to take back my life!
